Avinash manages our finances and quite effortlessly balances our balance sheets. He is our very own Jack of all trades who manages (almost anything) including - spreadsheets, tax calculations, event checklists and some zillion admin tasks. He is also the sole reason for our protein-packed environment. From savoring perfectly seasoned tofu to egg-cellent food, he can list out the nutrition chart in your plate within a jiffy. BTW he is also the 5 AM gym person (imagine!).
A visualizer and designer, Prateek can decode the most abstract campaigns with ease (envious actually). Using his imagination and his technical expertise, he is adept at crafting designs that speak directly to our intended audience.
The peaceful-trouble maker of the office, Prateek has the capability to do that 100th round of change with a smile (T&C*) Dressed in his characteristic block printed shirts and mojaris, complemented with his chic silver jewelry, you’ll always find this lad from Jaipur standing silently in the corner, observing everything and mapping out all the vivid colors in the canvas of his mind.
'The right brain of Wishmakers, our ‘Concept wali didi’ will even run on 4 hours of sleep but she’ll never rest until she lands on that one extraordinary idea. .
With an experience of over 13+ years in the industry, Arpita truly understands the game and proves to be our one go-to person for anything from concept to content. An empathetic leader before everything else, Arpita can easily read the room and encourage you to open your heart if you’re having a hard day. As her heart still resides in the Pink city, she sees the world in pastels and thrives on art. From beautiful trinkets to colorful table tops, you’ll find her cabin itself as an embodiment of her dynamic personality. Our all- time favorite storyteller, Arpita constantly strives to change perceptions, bring impact and engage conversations–one remarkable story at a time.

Rang only responds to his actual name - ‘Color’ (that’s how he is referred to). A Wishmaker for over 13 years, Rang is the backbone of our organization, and heart of our Design Team. A constant zeal to learn and adapt is what sets him apart. In the face of tight deadlines, he’ll simply smile and say “ho jayega.”
Our collective comfort person, everyone confides in him resting assured that he will never spill the beans. But best are Saransh (his son) tales that he shares over lunch, you must hear them.
The mother of our family, Vijaya is the true binding force. Fostering a positive work environment, she makes sure that every single person in the room feels heard and valued. Gently reminding everyone of their quarterly goal sheets or resolving a grievance, our HR always puts her team first.
A few amusing anecdotes, a burst of hearty laugh and good food to share it over–you’ll never run out of these 2 things in Vijaya’s company.
Do you know the number of eyes bees have? Well, Vikas does. Born in Uganda, schooled in China, and higher education in Rome. Imagine the kind of knowledge this guy brings. Possessing impeccable communication skills, Vikas has time and again proved himself to be a meticulous project manager. He is also the tech-geek who rescues our technically handicapped heads.
With a knack for detail and an unwavering stance with his clients, Vikas manages on-site tasks with just a swift flip of his hair. Give him a jargonized brief and watch him lay down the most obscure facts to the table.
Our Bengali girl who we all love to hate, Sonali is the ‘Dugga Maa’ (how she spells it) when it comes to multitasking. Whether it is client dealing, vendor dealing or running the console, she manages everything on her fingertips.
A sucker for all the work gossip, she thrives on tea for her survival. On most days, you’ll find her pacing around the office, taking turns between some 50 client calls and endless mail trails. But at the end, she’ll still excitedly lead the charge for an impromptu outing.
Her reassuring "hanji" is all you need to know the work will be taken care of.
The digital kid of the projects team Gauri can be seen scrolling through her Excel multiple times a day to ensure timelines are met and everything stays perfectly on track. This national-level swimmer can go wrong with a swimming stroke but not when it comes to time, her punctuality is inhuman (trust you me!).
She is our go to person for Bollywood gossip and Instagram trends and not to miss, her "good morniiinggg" erases our Monday blues. On a good day, you'll find her brightening up the office in a kurta paired with jhumkis, adding a pop of color. Our South Delhi girl knows all the best spots for a perfect date or a relaxing day out, and we’re always eager to follow her aesthetics.
When it comes to dealing with difficult vendors, Sumit really knows his job. Piecing together all elements efficiently or pulling his “jugaads” in case of last minute ditches, he will never be satisfied with anything but a flawless execution.
He might even bring his gentle reminder over your desk 20 times in an hour but his sweet tone will immediately appease you. With his unapologetic love for all things fancy and elegant, Sumit’s workstation (and even his home as rumors suggest), is decked up with small trinkets and mementos.
Meet Sanjana, the math wiz of our projects team. From handling last-minute projects to navigating vendor deals, and effortlessly managing client interactions Sanjana is the "Jill of all trades".
Our quirky and fun-loving Punjabi girl finds joy in the little things in life. Her love for food brings a spark in her eyes and often has us popping our heads over our desks to see what delicious snacks and stories she’s sharing with us today. Always chirpy and everyone’s friend you can always spot our ‘ Laughing Buddha’ bringing laughter, warmth, and a dash of excitement to our daily routine.
The true visionary behind Wishmakers, Shiva is also a proud flagbearer of the DU gang in the office. Give him the most difficult task and he’ll figure out a way to crack it. From sorting logistical details to integrating tech in events, he possesses an expertise that comes only from considerable experience, immense knowledge and a hustling attitude. With an open mind and curiosity to learn something new everyday, Shiva inspires our team with his infectious enthusiasm.
Cracking up the room with his random comments, he becomes our real life Michael Scott on slow days. But above all, Shiva owns the credit for fostering an environment that empowers us all. With an innate flair for leadership, he’ll allow you to discover your own path.
